A bronze matchbox made of “hand-painted by German soldiers of WWII”, with a unique plot reflecting the events that took place: a German soldier with a grenade and rifle in hand, against the background of the map of East Prussia, prepares to drop a grenade on the Eastern Front , with Weihnachten 1944 engraved at the end and a nameplate with the initials “KK” on the back. Inside is a matchbox left over from the past. Found in Logvino near Kaliningrad (former Konigsberg, Germany).
